By purchasing my products, you are agreeing to these terms, so please read throughly before making your purchase:

Thank you for your interest in my work! I truly appreciate all the support I have received with all my designs.

Before you continue, please take a thorough look at these guidelines before continuing with your order form.

1. Commissions are on a first come, first serve basis. I accept 15 commissions to work on over the next 3 months, while I work on other projects and work at my job. Your patience is greatly appreciated. If you'd like to make multiple orders, please fill out multiple forms. Please fill out your info in full and click "submit", even if you've filled it out before. I don't save contact info or sizing after the orders are finished.

2. Depending on whether I have the VHS in-house or if I have to find it online, I do give myself up to 3 months for work/life balance. These products are all handmade by myself and they take time to complete. I may keep you updated with progress photos on my Instagram story so please follow @ohsnapbysierra on Instagram & add your handle to your contact info so I know who to tag in updates.

3. Commissions are to be paid in full upfront, before I can begin working on them. I accept Paypal and Credit Card payment via Stripe, through my website. You will be sent a separate link (from my website) to make your one time payment. Purchase is non-refundable.

4. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Please be sure you are ready for the financial responsibility before you make this purchase. I am not Amazon, I am a full time artist and rely on this business to pay my mortgage and bills so please make sure you're ready to pay BEFORE you fill out this order form and make your purchase. This may sound harsh but I am tired of having people fill this out without respecting the guidelines, please don't waste my time and energy, thank you!

DETAILS ABOUT MY DESIGNS:

IMPORTANT: If your VHS movie is only available in a PAPER SLEEVE, size: W 4.0 x H 7 3/8 x D 1.0" then you'll choose between "The Small Bag", "Clutch Wallet" and "Bifold Wallet" ONLY. If your movie is only available in a CLAMSHELL, size: W 5 3/8 x H 8 7/8 x D 1 1/4", the ONLY bag option is "The Big Bag" - add ons available to make it a backpack or add a handle. I DO NOT USE hard "clamshells", only the soft plastic ones, I.E. Disney Clamshells.

1. VHS Movie Bag - Base price: $135
For this design, I use the paper sleeves. Bag size: Approx. 9" length x 5.5" tall x 1.25" width closed, open 2"

Comes w/ an adjustable strap, this bag design can be converted from a crossbody, shoulder, hip bag and sling back.

~ Fits a phone, bifold wallet & lipgloss. Clip key dangle to side for your keys, I've learned that keys do not fit inside the bag.

2. VHS Movie Bag (clamshell case) - Base price: $145
If your movie is only available in a clamshell. This is the only design that I use the soft clamshell VHS cases with. Not all movies are available in this size. Goosebumps, Disney and Family friendly movies.

~ Comes w/ an adjustable strap, this bag design can be converted from a crossbody, shoulder, hip bag and sling back.

This bag has **NEW** add-ons that can convert bag from crossbody to a backpack! Can also add a hand stitched handle.

~ For this design, I use the clamshell case only. Bag size: Approx. 11" length x 7" tall x 1.5" width closed (3" open)

3. Clutch Wallet - Base price: $135
For this design, I use the paper sleeves. Wallet size: Approx. 9" length x 5.5" tall x 1.25" width (Goosebump books are a little wider)

4. Bifold Wallet - Base price: $85
For this design I use paper sleeves. Wallet size: Approx. 4" tall x 4.25" length x 1" width. Please understand that bifold wallet is only a square of the movie cover you select so not every works for this design. Please be patient and open to alternative movie selections.

Disclaimer:
I DO NOT CUT UP RARE/EXPENSIVE VHS (examples: Fright Night, Teen Witch, most 70s popular/cult horror movies). PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. If you look up your movie and it's over $20 (including shipping) then it's just too expensive, EVEN if you're willing to pay for them yourself... there is no room for error on them --Too much pressure, thanks for understanding.

All of my prices are in USD (United States Dollar) and are the base price, meaning some items might cost more depending on price of VHS tape cost or any additional purchases made for your custom order. If your order is not paid within 24hrs after signing this form, your spot will be forfeited and given to someone else and your info deleted. Purchase is non-refundable. No returns or exchanges.

4. Shipping is not included in the price of my work. I only ship priority mail - it costs a little more, but once shipped you'll receive it within 4 days. Includes tracking & insurance. Currently shipping within the United States only.

My products are not resell, unless purchased "wholesale". Wholesale is not available at this time. If you want to do a giveaway with a bag you purchased from me, please tag me in the post.
