"What makes it custom?"
You'll choose a movie (must be available on VHS, pre-2004), you'll select a color option from the colors I have on hand (if it's a bag - it'll be the side color, if it's a wallet - it'll be the exterior/interior color) and lastly, you'll select the adjustable strap option that will fit you the best.
Please have your top three movie choices (example: 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice). MUST be available on VHS (pre-2004, some 2005 but they can be rare). I DO NOT use rare/expensive tapes, no exceptions or custom VHS ("alternative cover", redesigned sleeve made by an artist)
“How do I order a custom bag?”
You'll fill out my commission form. You'll read over the guidelines, agree to the terms, fill it out and click "submit". Once you've finished, please DM me on Instagram (Follow @ohsnapbysierra & message me there) and I'll look over your form and we'll chat about your movie choices.

“Why don't you use rare/expensive tapes?”
I try to have at least two copies of the same movie in stock, so that in case I slip a stitch and have to remake it easily. Vinyl is not forgiving, so there's no room for mistakes. Even if you're willing to pay the extra cost for said movie, I will turn you down.
Tip: Please do your research. Look up your movie title on Ebay and if you can't find any under $20 (including shipping), then you have your answer. My MAX cost for a VHS including shipping is $15. Please do not fight me on this, I hate having this conversation over and over.
“But what if I have my own movie and wanna send it to you to make into a bag?”
I do prefer to source my own tapes, plus I have over 700 in storage so I probably have it. And if I don't, then I will usually get it myself. There are some exceptions to this, it's on a case by case basis. For instance, if you have a signed VHS that you'd like to archive in bag form, please email or DM me first.

We will discuss your VHS Movie choice and whether I can turn it into a bag or wallet. Once approved, I will send you a payment link. You must pay for your order within 24hrs. If you don't pay within that time frame or we don't communicate a time/date you can pay, your spot will be forfeited, info deleted, and I'll move on to the next person on the list. Thank you for understanding.
Regarding movie choice: It's best to have 3 movie options, even if you're just ordering one item. So that if I look it up, and I can't find it, then I can look at your second and third choices. Thank you.

"Why do your products cost so much?"
Everything is designed & handmade by myself. I source all the tapes myself. Thank you for supporting my small business.
"Do you accept Afterpay?"
YES! If you select the "card" option at check out, it will offer Afterpay. If you choose another option, I don't think it'll show up. If you select, Paypal. They have a "Pay in 4" option.
"How do I clean my bag or wallet?"
Spot clean only. Do not submerge in water
Recommendation: Use a small drop of rubbing alcohol on a cotton round and wipe off the schmutz.
"What is a 'key dangle'?"
Essentially, it's a key chain & a bag charm. It's removeable, comes w/ a key ring. Named after Reno 911's Lt. Jim Dangle because it "dangles".
"What do you do with the tapes?"
It's a surprise! Well, since you asked, let's just say you should find your VCR and hook it up before your order arrives. ;-)
However, not all orders come with a tape, since VHS are all used, sometimes the correct tape isn't actually inside when I buy it or isn't available so I just buy the sleeve.
"Are the paper sleeves protected by anything?"
Yes, I use a UV protected clear marine vinyl to enclose it and sewn.
"What if I changed my mind and want a refund?"
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

No, gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. Redeemable only for goods not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card.
